Description
Photo of a group of 26 senior/junior high school age children who are identified on the back, along with an adult identified as Mr. Beaulieu. Many of the children shown graduated from OTHS around 1949. Not clear what connected these students other than that most of them were living in Milford at the time and had French roots. Could this be a photo of a French Club? One the teenagers depicted, Ralph Peter Hamel (1930-2018, no record of graduation from OTHS), also seems to be in a 1937 photo of a similar group. According to the embossment in the right bottom corner, the photo was taken by Frank Myers of Old Town. Identification of the students probably by Lloyd Oakes, as his name is followed by "(me)".
